Step 14- Chop your brownie into 15 squares and serve at room temperature. Spread the praline topping onto the brownie as evenly as possible. After 7 minutes add your praline topping on top of your fudge brownie. Note- Cooking times vary it could take more or less time depending on your stove. After 5 minutes this is the boiling pattern, you should see. After 5 minutes mixture should be thick and creamy. Let simmer for 5 minutes stirring every 2 minutes. Step 12- Add 3/4 Cup confectioners’ sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Gradually stir in the condensed milk making sure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Slowly add the sugar and boil briskly for 4 minutes. In a large non-stick pan, melt the butter with the milk. Let it simmer for 8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
